Technically it's actually in "fullscreen" windowed mode afaik.
Just without the controls on top. Just try and alt tab, you'll see what I mean.
Windowed mode with a smaller resolution as you probably mean isn't possible. Neither is "proper" fullscreen.

Not a deal breaker but I guess the work PC might not be seeing an installation.
