I have played the tutorial, and am looking forward to getting into this game, but WITE has been using a lot of time. Still, I have an impressive 80 hrs in FC:RS because the game runs automatically. As in: it's running right now, and I didn't start it, and have logged off of Steam a couple of times in recent days, and it still somehow restarts. A Steam issue, a FC:RS issue, or SkyNet?

Skynet (or weird OS hiccup) then Steam issue. Nothing in our code would cause a self launch. Scan for viruses and malware would be prudent as well. Keep us posted.

Malwarebytes was acting up, wouldn't turn on its web protection. Their advice was a clean re-install, which solved that problem. Did a scan. Then started up Steam. So far, FC:RS is patiently awaiting my attention. If it starts up again, I'll come whining back again. There was a bunch of updates for programs on Steam that weren't downloading because Steam thought I was playing a game, now pouring in. Thanks for the reply!
