When I use the scroll bar on a lengthy combat report I get an immediate CTD. I can scroll with no problem using the mouse wheel or by using the arrows above and below the bar. But moving the bar itself just slightly gets a CTD. I have a save that reproduces it consistently.

I have .23 patch installed.
