I know that I don't have 1.14, but I still wanted to report this issue because how much of a problem it could cause for players. Launch the attached scenario, switch to the NK side, and watch the SA-16 fire at the A-10. The SA-16 has 3 missiles left, and the game correctly shows that after a missile is launched, the platform has 2 remaining, but after the missile hits/misses/runs out of energy, the number of missiles the platform has goes back up to three. This means that the platform has infinite missiles, and no matter how good my A-10 is at evading, it will be fired upon forever. If needed, I can provide an autosave from earlier, or if the A-10 is destroyed right after the scenario launches, just reload and have the game roll again.
