Don't have a saved game, but doing an AI highest level 1939 campaign, losing myself in 1944 now as Allied air is knocking everything that moves out, but in 2 occasions I had German tac bombers that went to L0 and stayed there, being AI bombed and bombed over and over again. At game end, messages are like 20 x German tac destroyed but it's there as 0 strength unit...
