Steve, I keep trying to send you the turn but keep getting an error like this. I don't know if it's AOL or my service provider. I will never give up.

I don't know who your provider is. I'm Spectrum and have no problems. I haven't used AOL since dial up. And then not for very long.

My service provider is also Spectrum and it's slow as snot right now. Wish I could post the turn on the forum somehow.

I'm going to bed. If I wake up in the night I'll try once more to send the turn.

So I dod wake up in the night and tried again. No go. Our moderator offered to try so I emailed it to him without apparent difficulty. Then I emailed Steve again, sans file, advising him I sent it to Bill. That went through no problem. So I sent him another one and got this

That seemed to go fine when I clicked "ok". Something between my AOL and his Yahoo, I guess???

Looks like one or two of the attempts to Steve did go through even though I got an error.

I got the turn, I am not the moderator, that is Bill Olsen. I would suggest that Geof gets a gmail account and tries that instead of the aol account.
It only takes a minute or so to set up a gmail account and it will eliminate that AOL thing.

We're about 40 minutes from each other but have never met. Maybe we could get a homing pigeon?

I set up a gmail account but Google chrome won't let me sign into it because I'm some impostor with an AOL account. So I went in with Internet Explorer and that worked. I don't want Google messing around with or hijacking my AOL account.

Send a drone and drop the flash drive down his fireplace.

Geoff, being a Gorn, doesn't like people seeing him. Gorns are secretive. Besides , I live on a USAF base , and if security ever saw a Gorn coming through the gate, they'd not only open fire on him, they would probably call in an airstrike!

The USAF doesn't like drones. Even if the "anti-drone" defenses here on base didn't kill his drone , the swarms of Red Tailed hawks here would use it for their own version on "air borne water polo" here.

Sorry I've been late in dealing with Geoff's chaotic little problem. Woke up to a cold house and a non-function furnace. Been busy dealing with that. Sorry.
