Status: offline 		Why is it that the SdKfz 251 & 250 halftracks are included in the German TOEs, but the M3s are not similarly included in US TOEs for Armored Divs., etc.?

Status: offline 		Basic halftracks are part of mechanized infantry (all sides), only specialized versions are available as separate models.
US has several Artillery- or AAA-carrying variants as separate models: T30 75mm HMC,M13/16 GMC as examples
