Status: offline 		SO39 Allied 2, surprise impulse for CW against Germany. Any idea why the Harrow isn't eligible to strat bomb Dusseldorf, for example?

Status: offline 		Netherlands and Belgium are neutral countries. You need to fly around them, so do not have the range.
