1300...but im sure you and 200 of your closest friends could flesh out a skeleton crew

If they threw in the 5" guns I might have some interest...

If I had the financial backing for opening up a new type of resort casino... this is exactly what I would be looking for...

The Constelation is supposed to be decommissioned some time soon after being launched in the early 60s. This flat top beats it by about 15 years. It has had a long life. Let hope Iran doesn't buy it!

$4,5 M? That's a bargain! Especially if it comes with radar and propulsion.... :p They usually rip those things out first and sell the hulk...

I can't even begin to list what I could use this baby for....even without aircraft. (Heck, I'd build up a go-cart track on the top!)

Y'know, I'll be up in that area on vacation the end of June; mebbe they'll let me take the beast out for a test-drive?

"Pardon me, but is this 25 knots fast enough for water-skiiing?"

Hmmm. If it's got a shallow enough draft, I might be able to get it up the Columbia as far as TriCities, but I'd have to trailer it the rest of the way to Lake Cour d'Alene...

EDIT: D'oh! Just looked over their other listings to see if you could get some escorts as well, and the bloody thing is in Rio. Rio would be *nice*, admittedly, but about the time I can afford Rio, I'd be able to at least put a down on the carrier.

Oh well.
