Perhaps they forgot about the release! Jokes aside, I hope the team can fix whatever the problem is before too late.

It's related with Steam authorization. They are now taking longer than it used to be:

I am not a fan of Steam.
I have games on steam.
I have never had of problem with steam but if it is possible I prefer to avoid steam.

I see "March of Glory" was pulled from Steam release due to the same issue as we are having to keep release date, is this being considered, for us?

I like having these games available on Steam. But I agree, it would not stop me from purchasing SCCWWII if it were not available on Steam until next month.

I feel like I have a sort of target depicted upon my head ;)

We have solved the issue that was preventing us to release it on Steam. Currently, we are checking the schedule to avoid any overlap with anything else but you won't wait another week, I assure you (I hope these aren't the "famous last words" ...)

Next week is awesome and I can't wait (well I can and will but....). But if you check the Steam Store they have it down as April 28th. As always sooner is nicer though.

I have purchased a game or two from Steam instead of Matrix/Slitherine. I don't think I will do that again. Put the money into the company instead of someone else.

The good news is the Steam date is the original release date of April 28th 2006.

I hope we see it next week instead.

If you do a search for "Strategic Command" on Steam, look at the release date next to the game in the list of games. It says April 12. It's MATRIX that is holding this up at this point.
