Rules:
1 - No suicide para drops deep behind enemy lines, but within 4 hexes from the front lines are allowed. (can be disused further)
2 - No amphibious invasions west of Sevastopol until 1942 and only if Sevastopol is in Russian hands.
3 - +1 ; soft blizzard.
4 - Better CV math (NON NEGOTIABLE).

looking for a game with more emphasis on 1941 + the winter offensive, but won't mind at all going further. Ideal is 1 turn per 2 days.
If you have a good grasp on all the game mechanics then let's do this!
