The reason Tripoli had a three factor defense was that the CW had one MECH in the attack, so the AT gun was doubled. The odds would have been higher if you left the MECH out, but +21 is +21, no matter what.

Thanks! Usually more is better, but not under those circumstances. Need to remember this for the future.

If you are using the internment optional rule, rebase the Belgian plane to Dublin. That will get rid of it, and you get the pilot back.
