With the current build (998.8), the saves in the "Resume from save" tab of the campaign mode take almost 15 seconds to load in the window. The previous builds populate that window almost immediately, re-verified with 998.7 this evening. Conversely, while it took previous recent builds some time to open the "Start new campaign" window of the campaign mode, 998.8 opens it almost immediately.

My system specs:

- Windows 10 64-bit (build 16299; the latest version available to me)
- 16 GB RAM
- Intel i5-6600K @ 3.5 GHz (stock)
- Samsung 850 Evo M.2 SSD (500 GB)
- GeForce GTX 960 4 GB (Game Ready driver 397.31; latest driver)

Thanks for the link to the Steam thread. I don't head to that forum often, so I missed that.

I do have a fair number of campaign saves (roughly 80 total, in 3 sessions), and a couple of non-campaign saves. As for scenarios (I'm assuming that number doesn't matter for campaign save parsing), I have all the official scenarios, the latest community pack (I did wipe the Steam Workshop versions of the community pack), and a couple of small test scenarios.

A possible idea that would help those with a lot of non-campaign saves - have campaign saves use a different extension so the parsing process only has to look at the campaign saves. Of course, it would break the parsing of current campaign saves unless a tool is used to convert them to the new extension.
