My problem is simple, I have a MIDI file I would like to turn into a WAV. file for a special battle Im creating...I cant say more because that would give it away ;) If anyone knows how to do this or what program is needed, Id much appreciate your help. Regards Gen. Maczek Ps. I could also probably get an MP3 of the same file...If turning this into a .WAV file is easier then this would be good too. [ June 08, 2001: Message edited by: Gen. Maczek ]

Simople: start menu>accessories>entertainment>sound recorder...play the midi file and record it with sound recorder and it will save as a wave file...

Hmm well it works, but not in the way I had hoped...I am working on a scenario depicting the capture and defense of 'Pegasus' bridge. I had hoped to use a piece of bagpipe music called 'The Black Bear' (yes the same as from the film, 'The Longest Day' ;) ) as the default movement sound for Lord Lovats Commando's as they relieve the Para's on their march towards the bridge. However the thing just takes too damn long to load and only plays every 2 or 3 units... Ah well, it was a nice idea :) Regards. Gen. Maczek [ June 08, 2001: Message edited by: Gen. Maczek ]
