AO / seamap

Spoiler ahead!!

Wishlist:
- more time to set course&speed for flagship DDG-113 between message 1 and message 2

- Message 4 "... turn the ship perpendicular to the target to ..." make a
triangulation from a different angle than the initial approach.
(- Message 5 "Whatever weapon you decide to use, sink it!" should be in uppercase letters to make
the duty here prominent, clear and unambiguous.)

- Message 1: mentioned landmarks as "Ryukyu Islands" or "Island of Osumi" should be have a Lat/Long addon.

- Message 1: "The Japanese don’t want to alert the press and insist that their airplanes and helicopters operate only by day, so until sunrise you will be alone out there"
Actual at mission start on Kanoya Airbase 1 Aircraft and some Seahawks helis are fully operational and ready for take-off. Would be nice to see that the use of Kanoya-AB helis&planes is impossible during nighttime.

- To avoid puzzling over ASW-map markers an
explanation needs to be given as to why they are there and when
to use it soon after scenario start instead of waiting for message 6.

* Have never seen "Biologic"-Contact. That was fun. :)
* Good information about tactic and weapons and how to use the database

Just some minor things that do not need to be fixed to have a fun and good tutorial but catched my eye:
* In the PDF and Briefing you mention "Flight Tutorial 1 - Basic Manual Flight Tutorial, Flight Tutorial 2 - Unattended Flight and Apache85’s Submarine Tutorial"
** would be great to have the links to the threads of those tutorials direct in the pdf
* Spelling
** ruote instead of route. "Start by selecting your ship and planning a ruote towards the west.""
** turbolence instead of turbulence. "producing friction and turbolence, will reduce efficiency."
* Grammar
** "sink" - present tense - "Now sunk it before it can launch a KN-11 SLBM!"

For the first try I was "lazy" and used the available air power.
2nd try I used the ship and was lucky I guess with only 1x RUM-139C VLA [Mk54]

Thanks for the feedback!

@i224747
The purpose of the command in Message 4 is to turn the ship away from the sub to give the sonar more time to identify it.
If you simply change direction, this doesn't work properly.

Good point for message 5 and 1!

The readiness of the airplanes/helos is due to a bug that I'm having and due to that I can't set a proper ready time. So my options were to have them ready at start or use some LUA (and I prefer to avoid that if possible).
In the end, it fits the story..they are ready, and technically can operate right from the start, but for political (learning the game) reasons is better to wait.

I think that explaining the RP will spoiler the Sinpo part of the Tutorial...any idea on how to explain them without revealing too much?

@CptRoss
Scenario authors will usually put a few biologics in their scenarios, that's a good simulation of RL! Be careful when engaging...

I uploaded all the tutorials at the same time, so didn't know yet the link, may change that for the future!

Thanks for checking the grammar! English is not my native language so a few mistakes can happen!
Actually, "turbolence" was my fault, sunk was pure distraction and route was my word that automatically corrected that

Not really lazy, air power is the best weapon against submarines!
I think in the second playthrough you missed a Romeo, that can happen if you were going too fast with the ship.

Greetings
Andrea
