Ok, I got the game to run in full screen using dwwnd, but now it loads really slow, where before it was loading up fast, and the game speed was moving pretty good.

I have tried within the game options screen to change the usage of computer cores, but there is no effect, and when I reload the game the settings are automatically reset to using all cores.

So for those of you who are using windows 10 and have a modern gaming computer, what settings do I need to use to get the game to run as optimally as possible?
