Hi,

When I click Empire policy, the window eventually opens, but after a few seconds of delay. This is weird, as the other windows open just fine. After watching the latest Larry Monte's video (Play by policy) and seeing how fast his empire policy was showing up, I realized I might have a problem.

Any idea how to resolve this ?
