On the morning of December 8, 1941, the Japanese troops began invading Malaya. The task of Malaya invasion had been assigned to the Japanese 25th Army under Lieutenant-General Yamashita. This consisted of three divisions - the 5 and 18 and the Imperial Combat Group Colonel Takumi, added to an air support of 600 aircraft. See that their Pioneer units always get enough reinforcements.
