I can more than believe it's real and a tongue-in-cheek joke about a recent cultural phenomenon while trying to sound hip and cool for the purposes of recruiting.

My grandkids tell me that you can get different characters in different countries. A sailor may spend a lot of time at sea, but the sailor will also make a lot of port visits.

I notice no admirals going to jail?

By the way, all cellphones have GPS on them.

Pokemon GO uses GPS to spy where you are.
