I want to make a topic about South Korean Air Force DB. But I can't find any thread about DB update.
Shouldn't I make a topic about DB? or is there other place to talking about DB?

Try the "Mods and Scenarios" sub-forum. It has two pinned threads where you can request changes to the CWDB and BD3K databases.

Don't forget to have verification for your requests, either news links, equipment manuals, photographs and other resources you may find.
