I have a save game that was working fine until I added a couple systems, one with 10 planets, and a couple more independent races, and some editing on my starting ships. Now I was crashing right after my first scout ships were built. I deleted and rebuilt the starting scout ship and removed the 10th planet in a system and it seems ok now, is that what this error is? It's a system argument out of range exception, index was out of range, must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection... I would post add the whole dump file but it won't let me post with it in here. Thanks.

Well, I got other systems with more than 10 planets, and it crashed right after building first two scouts, so deleting and redesigning the scout ship seemed to fix it. Something with the scout ship design I was playing with I guess... All good.

without the name of the game from here mind you, nobody would have a clue on how or what could be the problem, need at least the game name, then more information on how to proceed
