Approximately 53 minutes to reach both objective and defend the objective. The element of surprise depends solely on the situation at hand of FRG's armored platoon(s) of Leopard 2A1s and Marders.

I wondered when designing if maybe the Germans might have a platoon too many of Leopard 2’s.

Well, rest of the formation(s) were pretty spread out, but I managed to have two platoons of Leopard 2A1, along with a couple of mechanized platoon with Marders, to reach the objective first before rest of other formations reach the objective or linking up with them at the objective. Rest of other Leopard 2A1 platoon(s) were too far right as they attempted to flanking their left. Its nasty terrain/battlefield, and limited Line of Sight.

Luckily, we took four of their recon units in the first 30 minutes. Basically, they don't know what hit them as they didn't have an opportunity to relay their encounter with Leopard 2A1 to their headquarter.

Also, from area to area was slowly scouted by our recon unit and cleared two platoons of Leopard 2A1 to move or advance toward the objective. Time-consuming, it takes a lot of time to clear and scout the area only with the two-wheeled recon unit.

This scenario was a last minute addition. It's night, and there's about an equal number of NATO and Soviet tanks. The NATO side has thermal imaging systems, the Soviets don't have. A serious imbalance indeed...

The reason, why I lost only one Leopard 2A1, was lost because one of their infantry platoons were well hidden in the wooded area, and suddenly stepped out from the wood as the leading Leopard 2A1 was rolling by (stand right behind of the leading Leopard 2A1) and kill the leading Leopard 2A1 as rest of Leopard 2A1 pulverized them.

By the way, I also own FCRS (LittleDogmaOne) and can see it have a lot of room for future improvements/additional. This is a keeper

I just compared the night vision and FRG has 2500 nightvision and USSR has........ 700.
