Probably later yes. If you buy it from the Matrix store you can use the key to generate the Steam key, without extra cost.

I'd like to see this game on Steam at some point. With an active "workshop" on Steam then sky is the limit with this game.

For example, the game Men of War: Assault Squad 2 is on Steam and it has a huge, active modding community... I'd really like to see all the modding that game has received on Steam over the years happen with a game like Armored Brigade.

i think the potential with a steam release is limitless... games like skyrim and KSP went far beyond their intended limits thanks to extensive modding support... i still enjoy my erotic skyrim world or my KSP space wars to this day
