GC 41-45 Turn 12
Soviets still hold on to Leningrad but the Finn's have crossed the no-attack line ??

The finns can still move past the Svir line if there are no Russians to stop them they just cannot attack beyond it until Leningrad is down

There is a no move line further south & east that the Finns cannot walk past (The same as when Leningrad falls) so fortunately no Moscow will always be safe from the savage Finns!

Yep, it's a no ATTACK line, not a no MOVE line...I think most Soviet players did the same mistake in their first game, I certainly did
