I am posting this for someone whom cannot post here, I understand his frustration as I have to type it because I cannot copy and past even though I have been a registered user and customer since 2003.

His name is Kilaw on Steam and I have had him try these things though I think it best if he was helped here and walked thru it again with matrix support help.

His ISSUE is he just got CMANO and did the Download, now on launch he goes into game , Global Map loads,(Video posted in CMANO Steam Forums) starts to load then crashes back to the CMANO Launch menu again.

I have had him:

Verify Files

Disable Steam Overlay and Cloud saves

Delete command.imi

run the preReq/commonredist

Disable antivirus

Run Steam as ADMIN

DELETE from D drive and install to default directory

Kill all unneeded processes before launch

Update drivers

Basic Specs are:

Win 7
i7-3770
Ge Force GTX 170
16 Gigs Ram

I think its prereq issue but you all are better suited to walk him through it than I,
