As I can see, you can get list of interested points using function ScenEdit_GetReferencePoints. And then check field highlighted of structure ReferencePoint

ScenEdit_GetReferencePoints and ScenEdit_GetReferencePoint require both side and name. What if you want name of selected reference point for scripting purposes?
