All German units are reorganized, except ARM in Budapest, and LND2 in Palermo, for two oil (2.4). Use oil saved in Berlin.

Vichy creation:

Relocate German units in Vichy:
5-2 MIL -> 62,33
2 x 7-4 INF + 2-3 AT -> 61,24
FTR2 -> 61.25
Remaining units to hexes North of Rundstedt (HQA)

Relocate Italian units in Vichy:
4-5 MOT -> 58,31

In Algeria if Vichy:
INF -> 74,34
Italian HQI -> 74,34

All French units at sea move, if possible, to Marseilles. Otherwise to closest Vichy port (if possible).

French ships rebasing move, if possible, to Marseilles.

Put the pilot in the NAV2 and place it in Marseilles.

I've got a situation with CW production. If you take a look at the screenshot it appears that there are 18 PP's and enough cp's to run 2 oil to Uk to produce or to save. However when I try to send 2 oil from US to UK to save them there MWIF drops production to 16. Any idea how to manage this?

The reason for the drop in production is because MWIF wants to ship the oil you save in UK through the Bay of Biscay. Hence a resource to a factory in UK is lost because the CP in Bay of Biscay is overburdened.

Ordering the saved oil to ship the route through the Faeroes Gap instead of Bay of Biscay should, hopefully, solve this issue.

CW should be compensated only 1 BP (the one that is in Bordeaux now).

I don't really understand rules related to Vichy creation and ships being overrun, but game tells me where to rebase them. There is no choice at all

I follow instructions, one less unit needs to be selected. Which one is excluded? Maybe this has something to do with rolling differently with Free France/Vichy?

There is a choice. And this is when there are several ports that are the same number of sea areas away. Germany can then steer the ships toward Vichy ports in some cases. Often when the program tells what port is closest there are alternatives allowed.

Edit: And if Allies is in control it is the same thing. The program tells what the closest port is, but one doesn't always have to select this port.
