Status: offline 		I ordered a physical upgrade to receive the manual. It's been about a week and I received an email saying it would be shipped in two days, and I would receive an email indicating it has been shipped. I have not received any email yet. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with the upgrade and receiving a physical copy, and how long it takes to be shipped/received.
