Status: offline 		Wow the unit cards look awesome and the descriptions of the battles are the best I've ever seen in a game. The writing makes me feel like I'm right there in Stalingrad alongside the Germans grinding their way into the Russian defenses in the rubble.

asl3d, did you make the unit cards, or are those from the original game?

I have still used some counters from the original game with the German units. But most of the counters are new.

Status: offline 		I'm a little late to the party, but this is fantastic work, thank you.

There's a naming error in the Barrikady panels. The panels are called Barrikady Bread Factory in the folder, the game is looking for Barrikady Factory. Once i renamed and took out bread from the name they worked fine. Picture below.

Again, awesome work.

In addition, the party has only just begun.

Regarding the problem that you have detected, what has happened is that the correct panels of the Barrikady Factory scenario were not included in the ZIP package. Instead, there are panels of the Barrikady Bread Factory scenario that has not yet been published.
Now there are the correct panels.
All in order ....

Status: offline 		I am trying to update the game to 1.1 before installing heroes mod, but the game update keeps failing. I went to Slitherine's member area to download 1.1 patch manually, but it gave me a weird error "421 IP address blocked"

If I install this mod without that update, will it get all messed up? It seems Slitherine really doesn't want me to get that patch.

I sent an email to Slitherine support.

As if this helps, I am using Heroes of Stalingrad version v1.10 with Windows 8.1 and I have no problem .....

Status: offline 		I got Barrikady Factory scenario running.
That map is beautiful. A lot of troops in this one which is good.

In the readme for the mod, it says to put the documents into the game folder. Those documents are for us to read outside of the game right? I can leave them on my desktop to access easier? It looks like most of the pdfs are about Carentan which looks really good, lots of lush greenery compared to the gritty ruins of Stalingrad. Did you make all those documents? They sure are packed with interesting info especially the army descriptions.
