You can get it for $29.00 on Steam with the Bundle but what about the Matrix addition?

Just saw on Steam that you can buy the SCWW2 bundle and if you already have SSWW2:WIE you get 25% off still on WaW. This buy is now a no brainer!

I want a discount on the Matrix Edition which would include a Steam Key and is better for Modding.
If you buy on Steam, you don't get a Matrix serial number/key.
