What is the economic difference if India declare war at Germany or wait and get the Army in Egypt?

Is there a way to calculate the difference in income?

Looks to me like India gets 30-40 MPP and Uk about 15% of that if you don�t declare war
Vs 130 MPP if you do

With the former you have occasional rebellion that costs about 15 MPP

Gotta be the latter, right?

This is one of the most important decision and it seems not clear at all, its very hard to decide.
