First off, I know how to add pilots and leaders. My question to the folks that tinker with the code is:

Is it possible to highlight/color pilots and leader names? Specifically those that I include in the editor?

Something similar to the way a pilots flight stats highlight when they improve, only permanently highlight
pilots/leaders I put in via the editor. Can't hurt to ask.

Short answer is No. There is no one doing anything to the code.

Just add some ID to their names. Like a fullstop or something

Please explain how I could add an ID or a fullstop(?) to these pilots:

Luke Skywalker
Han Solo

In the editor. I think your idea has possibilities, given enough space for the names and extra characters.

By editing their names in the editor to e.g.
-=XXX Luke Skywalker XXX=-
mean-> Han Solo <-motha
