In the final Hail Mary scenario of Chains of War, I've bumped into the issue that SM-3 missiles engage ballistic missiles which it has no change of hitting (scenario spoilers ahead):

1) it targets missiles headed for Tinian, from ship in the Filipines - it has no chance of getting to them in time. See attached save - there's the missiles headed for Tinian, SM-3 will fire soon. Workaround for this is restricting Automatic Firing Range in WRA (e.g. to 500nm).

2) it targets missiles for which we don't have speed and height info, so it misses them. This happens when ballistic missiles target the Lumbia airport (in 5 minutes game time into the save), and they're detected only by IR satellite. For this the workaround was to set ROE to Hold until the radar detects them.

Thanks, logged. We'll investigate as time permits.
