Hello.

Playing with the Axis, when Spain grants access to Vigo and Las Palmas no message is displayed informing of that (the scroll of the map moves to Vigo and you can see the change on the frontier lines, but no info is displayed telling you what happened).

If there is a message that would appear in this case, then you would just need to ensure that the 'Messages' option is enabled in the OPTIONS screen in game.
