It means that the video card needs 16MB of VRAM - any modern desktop computer (including those that use integrated graphics) will be able to fulfill this requirement.

Technically it should. While I would recommend > 4gb system ram, so long as it's all you have going on when playing ie you have a legit 1.5gb-2gb free when firing up Command it should run ok in most instances. Possible you might run into some issues with larger\massive scenarios during long sessions though. /2cents

My desktop is a 3Ghz Intel P5 with 8GB RAM running Win-7 SP1 and it occasionally chokes on CMANO in some scenarios and situations. My laptop is an Intel 6Ghz P7 with 16 GB RAM and the same O.S. and it takes everything CMANO can throw at it even at the highest time-compression (TC) settings. You may have some issues running using significant TC. Using a multi-core processor for CMANO is highly recommended.

i5 2500K? That's 4 cores, 4 threads. I'm still using one, albeit overclocked to 4.6 GHz, and it plays CMANO perfectly fine on Win7 and 16 gigs of RAM.

How do you over clock a processor. Heard about it but how?
