I played as allies.
My territory (French) has been conquered and I lost France.
But later during the game comes new units which should be placed just on this territory I have lost.
A French HQ to place in Paris that belongs to Axis!
And this message continues through all the game whenever I wanted to place other units.
I didn't succeed to get rid of it.
This is very troublesome and irritating because it makes me to need to skip it whenever I will place other units that I recently purchased. In other words these pointless clicks take extra time.
Is there any solution? Is it possible to get rid of this? If not you should to do something with it on next version.
This is not the only example of such a mess. It concerns other countries and units too.
I suggest not to offer "new units" on a territory that is not longer under my control.

The same happened to me in Italian East Africa. I built a garrison, when I got it, I couldn't place it. However, in my case, I owned the territory still. I had to wait until the capital's supply got back up to 5 as I recall. But it was a huge pain, had to remember to click on the japanese, and not just close the window, or my japanese units would miss a turn to be replaced. having units that can't get place being the LAST things to show up would have been better in my case.

Same here. It is annoying.

But not really game-breaking.

I've made a change here, but unfortunately it will not be in the next update as that is already being processed, but for the follow up one after that it will be in place:

- NEW UNITS screen will no longer be displayed unless there is at least one new unit that can be placed on the map.
- new units that cannot be placed on the map will now have the OK button shown as disabled, with a tool tip over the OK button providing further information.

What do you mean by "still"?

Hubert said that the change wouldn't make it into this patch, but into the next one instead (= 1.03).
