Because of my other defect (update does not work (which is actually combat resolution does not work)) I was playing around with other scenarios.

I was trying to setup Lebensraum -
Currently I am in Setup - Commonwealth - Netherlands East Indian
I can neither setup single ships not the whole stack in Tele etone, Surabaya nor Padang. (you must control the hex or cooperate �)
I tried to destory them with backspace, I get the dialog which confirms the destruction, but they are still in the setup box
hence I cannot setup Lebensraum

I guess I come back when the 3.0.0 is out,
it is way to frustrating that still after 4 years of bugfixing even the simplest stuff does not work
