Just playing a game against the AI as Soviets. As most know, many of the Soviet HQ's change from being named similarly to the Front that they support, to Air Army. However, do air HQ's tied to the Kharkov/Southern Urals and Volga MDs actually change to Air Armies?

Not to my knowledge only thise in section 8.3.3 new manual
