I offered these 10 new torpedo sounds many months ago.

Well, they are now available for download on Spooky's site for those of you who were unable to obtain them the first time around. :)

These new torpedo sounds should be placed inside your SOUND folder (based on the default installation path):

C:\Matrix Games\Uncommon Valor\SOUND

Please back-up your original sound files.

They are downloadable at Spooky's site:

Cheers!

Thanks!
Has anyone done any other sounds? I was wondering if anyone has added some more/different Japanese music. I actually enjoy the tune but would like to hear some other tunes as well. :)

Hi :)

I have fiddled with some of the sounds, but most of the original music in UV is spot on (IMHO).

However, I am working on a small Mod for players who prefer to play as the Japanese, and would like to have a bit more immersion. I'll see what I can do about music. . .

Cheers!

I understand Mogami as a collection of submarine sound emerging and submerging from the water that he made in his bath tub with an empty shampoo bottle and a microphone array.

Can't use a shampoo bottle for those, there'd be a room full of suds, like in the movie, Mister Roberts
