I've never seen a game so odd with updates or different version patches over the years. I've been here since the beginning. I'm currently at 1.14 yet when I go to update manually (as the auto has never worked, even yes after updating update patch). But My game is saying at too low a version needs to patch to 1.12 (again I'm showing version 1.14 build 998.17 within game). How do I just go about reinstalling?? Is there a link for already made purchases to redownload as my originally link is dead as I would suspect it to be).

Grab installer from member area. WHen you run make sure it point it at directory you installed game in, not another.

Hello TMP95,

I'm sorry you are having problems with this. Yes, please do as BDukes suggests. You can download games and patches manually from the Member's Area provided they are registered to the account. Please see the forum post below which explains how to do this:

For the Command series, you need to download the setup installer "Command-SetupRelease-v1.14.zip", then unzip this and run the .exe you unzip. The below forum post explains how to enter the serials in the installer/patch to install the game, so please ensure you are doing this when installing the game to ensure all purchased content is activated.

Then you can patch the game, either via the Check for Updates button or by using the file from the Member's Area "Command-UpdateComp-v1.15.2.zip", and running this to then install the patch

Solved. Did full reinstall of 1.14 then to 1.15.
