This is a vexing problem that has to do with adding a weapon to a ship via use of the .ini process.

The scenario is updated to the latest version 477 and the program is 1.15.3 (as of 04/04/2019)

I added a ship to the scenario for test purposes - a CV-80 carrier.

I manually added a sensor 12DS-MAR [CCD] then saved the scenario and reloaded it.

I then generated an .ini file in the SBR menu

I then edited the .ini file and added a weapon to the .ini file

Then saved the new .ini file.

I then used the Database / Upgrade to latest Database / then checked force deep rebuild and apply .ini file and the program completed the update and applied the .ini file.

That is the attached scenario in the zip file (along with the .ini file with the new vessel and weapon add at the end of the file).

You'll notice that the program no longer adds weapons from the .ini process. You can add weapons via the weapons tab manually and the resulting SBR / .ini file works as at it used to. The issue now is that the process of adding any weapon via the .ini editing process has not worked in the last three updates. Prior to the last three, it did.

For what it's worth, I ran into this same thing (as you said) PRIOR to this last update. This is an on-going situation. It has been driving me nuts.

This may be fixed as part of other fixes in Build 1009.27.9 .
