My ijn snlf costs 56 mpps to load into amphibious transports. That cost has not gone down despite the fact my research for amphibious is now at 3. I don't see that logistics research says it lower amphibious transports.
Is there anyway to lower the cost for amphibious transports?

Production Technology reduces the cost of units, therefore it will reduce the cost of this slightly.
