German production is increased by the gain of 2 Italian red factories. I plan to continue this game. There's nothing I can do about building or repairing Italian units. However, there is something I can do about loss production from the 7 Italian blue factories. I will handle this off the books. Basically, for as long as Germany controls Rome, for every Italian blue factory controlled by Germany I will increase German production by 1.75 BP's PROVIDED Germany has idled 1 resource specifically for that factory and which could be transported to that factory.
