Version 3.0.1.

CW has one disorganized CP in Plymouth and 2x TRS on North Sea (NED in box 0, CW in box 3).

During naval reorg phase CW uses first NED TRS to reorg 1 point for that CP, then CW TRS do the same (program shows CW still need 2 points when using second TRS).

Result is that CW has disorg CP in Plymouth. And there are two new CPs too, value 0 in upper left corner.

If I use CW TRS only, CP is organized normally.
