Status: offline 		In SO40, US is neutral. I have subs in the Clarion. I want to return them to Honolulu or Pago Pago, but neither is allowed.
Is this correct (earlier, before version 3.0 I did get subs to Midway). Game file attached.

You should still be able to base SUBs at bases like Midway. It is just Honolulu, and Pago Pago, that are blocked from use.
