(Build 1009.27.14/CWDB Build 477) Allied side's contact flashes, when there are 3 or more sides,
which not the all side consider the other as friendry.

It's little a bit complex, so let me explain.

There are three Allied sides: Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service (player's side),
Downed Aircrew, and PIRAZ (radar picket cruiser).

Their posture for the others are shown in figure. Note that PIRAZ considers Downed Aircrew as Neutral.

OK, now, PIRAZ's cruiser detects NVA's MiGs by Radar, and the contacts will be transmitted to Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service, but not to Downed Aircrew because PIRAZ considers Downed Aircrew as Neutral.Actually, PIRAZ could see the contact, for Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service's contact (=PIRAZ's contact) will be transmitted.

But HERE IS THE PROBLEM: every seconds, in Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service, "contact has been lost" message appears and, in Downed Aircrew, contact flashes!

If you chance PIRAZ to Downed Aircrew posture as Friendly, it will be resolved.

this is probably the reason for the repeating message log in the LIVE Brexit Scenarios I posted about in seperate thread.

Every 2 secs contacts are dropped

ah - I see what the problem is, both sides have to be friendly - if one is neutral but the other friendly then you get repeated contact found/lost messages.

Not sure if that is the way it is supposed to be or not.

The current beta release tries to work out the 'friend of a friend of ..', and clears out any 'funny' contacts because of this. This particular save was used as test for it.

There is an issue with prosecution zones in that beta so be wary if you want to try it out.

already on that - and from my testing it did this with just two sides, if one was friendly and the other neutral then you got repeating log messages but if both were friendly then it worked properly.

save attached if it helps. Just 2 sides, 3 units. One side friendly the other neutral.

Thanks, seeing this behavior still in B1009.31.2 . We'll take a look.
