Under extensive and repeat testing I've observed that aerial minelaying does not seem to be functioning properly. Aircraft seem to drop all of their mines as early as possible, instead of spreading them throughout a designated zone. This was observed in Build 1009.27.14, on DB3K 477. Save file attached.
