New database missing the anti- surface SM-6 mod. Is this intentional?

I thought that was for new requests, the old database had the upgraded SM-6 with surface attack capability as it demonstrated in recent USN testing.

The latest database removed the Blk 1A version so I thought it may be a technical issue more than a database request
