Just realised that FOG Empires and recent FOG2 DLC is missing from My Page. If I try and add them I am told my serials are invalid!

I agree the site should be rolled back as this new site is unusable and stopping people playing games they have paid for. My missing games all appar to be recent purchases over the last few months.

Thanks for the feedback guys. The new site was in beta for 3 months and we tried to gather feedback from everyone by linking to it on the main page and posting news etc.

We did get a number of users posting feedback and we fixed all their issues. There were no reported issues when we went live so we'll start working down this and get it fixed ASAP. It looks like many of the issues are browser specific so anyone having an issue please post your browser. Most of our internal testing was with Chrome, Firefox, Mozilla and Edge. We don't have the resources to test all the browsers out there internally.

We did everything we could to make this as smooth as possible, but I understand many of you don't like to try out beta versions or post feedback and that's fine, we know its our job to resolve the issues, but please try and remain calm and understand why your issues were not fixed, as nobody had reported them before.

If you are missing games from MyPage we are aware there is an issue and we'll need to fix it in code so dont worry about reporting that until after we say we've fixed it.

Thanks for your patience and we'll have everything up and running for you as soon as possible.

Same issue with FOG Empires here.

Plus, do we have to confirm cookies & login every time when going to the Matrix forum?

No that cookie issue is a bug but only affects some people. E.g. I don't see it. What browser are you on wosung?

Just a note on progress - the captcha bug is now fixed so you should be able to report issues again.

The issue with missing games is a synch problem. The data from the old site has not yet finished synching with the new site and when it does the games will appear in your library. It took longer than expected for this to happen, hence the problem.

We're working down the issues one by one so thanks for your patience!

The Blade issue seems to be related to a corrupt cookie. Can you clear your cookies and try again. Thanks!

It looks good and the "My page" is very informative.

I know you will iron out the bugs - have fun.

An other issue i've spotted :

Connecting to matrixgames.com (without a www. prefix) throws a php error and fails. Only www.matrixgames.com works.
This previously worked fine.

Also a minor visual thing - on store pages for games there is a mix of boxes with hard corners and rounded corners, and some elements that use different widths across the page than others. This looks a bit amateur.

Hi Ian,

The www issue happens in both Vivaldi and Brave browsers (both Chromium based).

As I posted elsewhere I am still getting 502 errors on Matrix forums. Using Chrome (latest).

Also when I tried to create a ticket the Captcha is not working.

So the 502 errors are getting worse.

I used both the delete cookies that the Matrix web site has and also using the F12 method to empty cache and hard reload.

It's like a cookie will get messed up and I'll be stuck and using the forum will give me a 502, then I have to rinse and repeat the F12/delete cookies stuff...

If you still have issues with the Captcha please email support@slitherine.co.uk and they'll pass on your issue while we continue to fix bugs.

Not a bug, more a comment:
The store now has a 'Budget Games' selection, which is a great idea, however it is showing DLC's - often for games which are far from budget price. This could be misleading.

You might also want to set the default sort order for budget games to 'latest releases first' as currently it shows the oldest first which could give the impression you only want to sell off old games cheaply.

Love it! Love it! Love it! Love it!

I was finally able to actually login and access My Games today for the first time in over a year!!! No broken stupid 'Recapcha.' Happy camper here! And the 'Recapcha' even worked for the Forum!!

Looks beautiful too!

If you are having problems please let us know your OS and browser. Most people are not having an issue so we're trying to work out what compatibility problems are causing each issue.

Also if you don't mind trying Chrome instead of your current browser, it seems to avoid most of the issues.

I have tried Chrome and missing purchases are still missing and games that are in My Page won't download due to 404 error. I have tried raising a ticket. First time Captcha didn't work. So now that is fixed I had another go. Half way through typing my message in the box the page exited back to My Page and what I had entered was lost!

This needs an urgent fix so people can access the products they have paid for.

That's really odd. There isn't really a way for a page to close on its own. If we could repeat the issues they wouldn't be there. MyPage works fine for us unfortunately.

Some people have had luck by clearing their cookies. Maybe give that a try. A corrupt cookie can do a range of odd things...

Can you try clearing your cookies. If that does not help please email support@slitherine with details of the problem and your OS and browser so we can get your issue in to the bug list.

I have tried different browsers and cleared cookies which has only made things worse.

I am using Win 10 and Firefox by default - both fully up-to-date

Prices are now back in $ instead of local currency, and when I click on Download under one of my purchases that is displayed I get a message like this.

An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("Parameter "name" for route "app_member_myaccount_downloadfile" must match "[^/]++" ("Command: Modern Air/Naval Operations PC Update v1.15.6" given) to generate a corresponding URL.").

So I don;t even get as far as the 404 missing file error.

I have tried raising a ticket for this error but despite Captcha confirming I am not a robot your site then throws up a Captcha not entered correctly error.

I will raise this with the support mail address you have posted above - but this is really not good enough. I should not be deprived of access to games I have paid for.

Hi, I'm unable to login to either matrix or slitherine sites. I tried twice on both websites to reset password and got the email sent to me to reset it, which I did. Then when I try to login, I am told password invalid. I am using Edge browser on windows 10. I am however obviously able to login to the forums.

Edit: I did send an email to support@slitherine.com and a ticket has been generated.

Hej, dear friends,
I'm missing a lot of my games.
When may I give it a shot again?

Sincerely
J.

P.S. The function "New Ticket" does not work. Though the green checked sign is presented,
the "Contact Us" button is leading to the message that the CAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly,
again and again...

This website is underwhelming, There’s no concentrated information any longer but big, almost
hyping pictures everywhere.

I have to click and scroll a window bar to get all the specs of a single game, not at a glance
as before. This cannot be serious! Or will it be?

The same with the additional information I previously could read on one pc screen.

Maybe the new site will work well using smartphones and tablets. But for a pc user it’s a
retrograde step.

Sincerely,
J.

When I launch any game menu before firing the game, if I click on the ad it opens IE (the default browser when I installed the games, now I have changed it to Chrome but still opens IE) when clicking on the accept cookie button it does not go away. The page remains frozen.
Hope it helps.
Kind regards.
