The CampaignConversionTool does not work with the GOG installation:

Error: "can't start because steam_api.dll is missing...."

This is true because its on GOG and not on Steam.

The Solution is: Just copy a random steam_api.dll in the Root folder of your Installation (\\GOG\Strategic Command WWII War in Europe\)

Perhabs the Developer can fix the problem and remove the need of "steam_api.dll" becaus its not needet.
